Mika & Jo

Mika & Jo came to Australia as boyfriend and girlfriend and left a married couple!

Here is their story...

Jo was a leader at YWAM in Finland and Mika was a student of YWAM. Over the course of time an attraction grew between the two. However YWAM rules were that a leader was not to date a student.

The day of the graduation Mika approached another leader to ask if the course was officially finished. He was told it had, so he promptly went to ask Jo if she would like to start dating, she must have said yes.

They came to Australia in September for a holiday with all of Jo's family. Mika popped the big question and within 3 weeks they were walking down the aisle.

The ceremony was held at the local Finish church at 7pm and reception to follow at the churches hall. It was such a special affair enjoyed by all guests who wished the very in love couple all the best.
